Here is the latest info on launch day tomorrow, the 24th:
So, no last minute patch. No new bugs on launch day, which is nice
Also nice to have the downtime scheduled relatively early, even east coast early risers won't miss much, nor will West Coast night owls.
Just a reminder, pre-order players can continue playing through and after midnight Eastern and new players who get their copies early or at a midnight event can start playing at Midnight, but the level 15 cap won't be lifted until the morning server downtime noted above.

Greetings everyone!
The LOTRO game servers will be brought down on Tuesday, April, 24th at 6:00 AM Eastern for a final bit of pre-launch maintenance and to remove the level cap in preparation for LOTRO to go live! We expect the downtime to last up to 4 hours, and look forward to seeing everyone in Middle-earth when the servers come back up! Thanks for playing!
