If I have game installed from beta and I purchase digital download do i have to install?

Or can I just use the code I get with the digital download and upgrade my account?

Real life brings repetition and pointlessness too. The only thing real life offers is Great graphics. Its kinda expensive too and way to dependent on the cash shop. Totally pay to win as well. No thank you. Ill stick to my games.

    There is no need to install from the DVDs unless you don't have the movies and high res client.

    You can download the movies if you want to. I wished I didn't. I had extra loading time when i am doing Chapter quests.



    I have used the same client for months, I think since Beta 1. I upgraded my account on turbines account site.

    My DVDs will sit unopened.

    look in the folder and see if you have a file called client_highres

    I miss DAoC

    Reinstall it. Turbine recommends reistalling game from dvd. You do not have to but it is a good idea even if you have high rez client. The dvd game is the newest client so it is cleaner then the beta patched client. Turbine said this could improve game performance. Since it is the newest client the patch does not take hours as some fear. I did it and it took about 10 minutes to patch. It is worth it just to see the opening cinematics and character creation movies. All your UI settings will be the same so no reason not to reinstall game.
