in Lord of the Rings Online

I am playing LoTR and briefly played beta.  I have a few questions about the game that I hope someone can answer.

Are there player owned mounts (horses) in the game?  If not will there be?

Are they planning on adding player owned housing in the future?

Have they announced if and when new servers will be opened?  Possibly during the downtime today?

    You can own a horse at 35. Will cost you about 4.2g for one.



    Player housing seems likely at some point. Word on the grapevine is the devs sent out surveys about player housing to random people not too long ago.



    Servers should be up now, but they aren't :(

    Not sure server loads yesterday here in the US justified opening new servers.  Seemed to be 4 servers that had small queues all day, but the rest of them were open and mine had no issues with lag or anything despite the influx from opening.
