a little bit confused

i live in Australia so the game comes out on the 8th of may.  i was wondering if i got the retail version would i be able to get that $10 per month deal?  if not and i pre-order it before the 8th would i still get a pre-order key? 



i read on the site that the pre-order stuff was all before the launch and it has already been launched in Europe and America so i am worried that i missed out on that special $10 per month deal

i read that but i have also heard that some shops dont give out the pre-order keys.  do you get the pre-order key from the retailer or is it in the box?
