Aquilonian, Cimmerian and Stygian are the races right now, but does anyone know what they look like or are they all types of Humans like nord, Regaurd and impreal in Oblivion.? Screens would be helpful. Thank you.

You will be able to customize any way you want reguardless of race.  AoC consists of human playable races only if that's what you mean.
