can this laptop play the game?

This is the laptop im getting, and im debating on getting LOTRO because im afraid it might not be able to play it.



It has an AMD Turio 64 Mobile ML40 2.2GHz 800MHz FSB 1MB L2 Cache

256MB NVidia GeForce Go 7900 GS  Vid card

and 1GB Dual Channel DDR SO-DIMM at 400MHz - 2 x 512MB  memory

The laptop itself is an Alienware Aurora m9700.

Also if you have any other laptop suggestions along with price range would be great. Thanks!

lol mate ofc your laptop can play this game with ease but on ultra high settings it should run ok.

 Those specs are fine i have an older laptop that handles the  game very  well. hp zv6000 . While it would never manage vanguard it handles wow , swg,  eq2 and some other  current  betas just fine....

 My  favorite thing is sitting on back patio with laptop gaming....

I dont even have a desktop anymore gaming is far more comfy when being done on the couch relaxing!



And that laptop will run the game fine i run at medium settings with one about half as good as yours and its great!

Playing on a Acer Apire 1800 in the family room , 128 ATI X600 , and 1 gig does the trick on medium setting and on wireless.
