Hey guys, I got a beta game install for Lotro and I was wondering if I used the CD to install the game and then used a buddy key do you think it would work? I would like to try and see if this would work so I was hoping someone would have a spare buddy key for me becuase I am very interested in trying Lotro.

Well depends if the beta servers to the newest update works.. if it works i think it work. but if it dont have anymore updates its useless to try.. why dont u borrow your friends real install cd instead? That works 100% dude  ;P cheers

Thanks for the reply but unfortunaly I don't know anyone who plays.. the beta cd I got from a pc gamer mag, it came with it so now I just need a buddy key to try this.

What i've heard is that it does work but you won't have access to the high res pack.

Ohh, okey.. But have you tried to download the full game somewhere? Iv'e found a Lotro installer 4gig (something) on www.thepiratebay.org well get utorrent and download the torrent file.. it's there somewhere.. If you dont have a high speed check other sites like

www.mininova.com

Or download via Direct connect(dc)

But if you dont have a high speed network im sorry but have to wait, or the best way to play lotro: Buy it! 43,50£ cheers
