Which makes me want to solve it even more, and I hate puzzles. . . I hope the game itself isn't so puzzling.

its called black japan https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/1390 can be found there but its a couple versions back so you will have to revert

Hmm, this game sounds awfully like World of Darkness to me.  If they pull it off though could be quit refreshing change from standard fantasy type games out there now.
