Hello,
Most free mmorpg I know is in english, is there any FREE (f2p forever) mmorpg that is in FRENCH? or have a good amount of french speaking players?
The free mmorpg better be 3D or really really good 2D graphic.

You can try Dofus (http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dofus) and its 'sequel' Wakfu (http://fr.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wakfu).
Saga of Ryzom is also French. Developed by French Nevrax, now owned by German Gameforge. There is a "free forever" trial, similar to the deal with Dofus' trial.
I haven't heard about a completely free to play French MMO.
