I need good EU version client

I got few clients for EU but they give error saying i have version 0.0 instaled.
I get 1.11 to 1.12 patch and i instaled, it says ok at the end but then when i start game same thing with version 0.0.
If i click continue to start autoupdated i get http 404 - file not found error.
So i have a buddy acount activated and now i can not find a god damm good client to play.
Anyone can give a good link for a client wich works?
