Download Guild Wars Expansion Pack #1 for $19.95

This month we are releasing Guild Wars Expansion #1 for download.  The download price is only $19.95.  If you would like to recieve this expansion on cd-rom you can also order it for $29.95 + $7.95 shipping.  This months expansion is only available online.  But, next months, Guild Wars Expandion #2 will be out in stores for only $29.95.  Have fun with the new expansions. 

I don't think that Guild Wars Expansions will get out of hand, but it does raise the questions: 

-  Are the expansions "DOWNLOADS" or are they going to be released "RETAIL"?

-  How much are they going to be and how often are they going to be released?

I'm pretty sure they already stated that they'll have about one expansion every six months.

Arenanet's staff and developers have said quite a few times that it will be an xpac every 6-9 months.  Also, they have said that the game and its xpacs will be available for online download and retail purchase, and any other way possible

I believe if people would actually do a little searching on google they would find a few interviews that the Devs etc have done.

The xpacs will be out every 6-9 months. You do not have to purchase the xpac to continue to play with your friends that do purchase them. They have something called streaming technology. This streaming technology will allow you to download the game right as you are loading in with the friend. If you search around they've also stated you can be invited by an xpac friend.

I suggest using: www.google.com before asking a question that Arena.net has already answered in several interviews.

Hey don't to be too tough on them SeventhSon, maybe they don't have enough time to check out all that stuff.  I am sure that we can keep answering their questions no matter how tedious the repitition becomes
