Off peak oceanic times

Hello, I have been considering purchasing this game, which is quiet rare as I really do not play mmorpg's like I use to due to many commitments, but this has intreged me.

I was just wondering what the population in game is during off peak hours. I live in Sydney, Australia and do not want to be playing solo, as when i DO play mmorpg's i prefer to play with other's and party up. So the question pretty much is will I easily find people to play with while all the American's are asleep?
