Try looking at the offical site, they have a lot of concept art for differant types of armor. Also watch the 3rd dev diary, you get to see some nice armor renderings at the end.
Or just watch the last few minutes of the latest Dev Diary, they show more than a few examples of armor. Of course to compare, you'd have to see some of the others as well.
Ive been really interested in this game and i was wondering if all the armor/weapons look different.
Different from what?
Are you are asking will there be a wide variety of armor and weapon graphics which differ greatly from each other?
I read there will be distinct armor styles by region - i.e. Aquilonian, Stygian and Cimmerian styles of armor acquired in each of the three regions although without racial limitations. (this was how I understood it and just from memory, please feel free to correct me if I'm wrong on this point).
The armor and weapons in AoC are a lot more realistic and find their inspiration in history rather than fantasy from what I have seen so far.
go to GameTrailers.comand search for Age of Conan, watch the developers thing (part one of three). near the end they have hundreds of chars in different armor (male and female) standing in rows.
however they only show a dozen up close, but from the ones you can see the armor is awesome and varied. and from the numbers they have a lot of types
