Laptop play?

Okay, this is likely a dumb question; I've always played my online games on my desktop, which is now KIA.  My school is buying me a laptop for next year and I have two choices, any suggestions on which will serve me better?  I'd hate to have to give up my account :(  Thanks for the advice.

Both of those leave off the most important part... the graphics chip.

But I'll help you out... the Dell Latitude D620 w/ the Intel 950 wont be able to play LOTRO well at all. I think it does have an NVidia Quadro NVS option, though. But I haven't seen mentioned as tested yet.

The MacBook 13.3" Is in the same boat... Intel 950.

NOTICE - This is my opinion.  If you don't like it, I don't care and I didn't ask you.

    It's simpler than that.

Never get a Macintosh for anything game related.  Ever.

There is so much third party software designed for games that you will never be able to use.

    *EDIT*

Missed the Windows XP emulation software listed under the Mac option.  Still, don't get a mac.
