What do I do?

I have been playing wow for 3 years, its fun, it just gets to you after a while and I have quit and tried other games but nothing seems to compare to wow. They way they have everything setup is just perfect. Should I stay with wow or quit and go back to consule games until AoC or WAR comes out?

Really, its your decision...if you still like WoW then go play it. We know WoW is a good game, but we don't know if warhammer or age of conan will be good games.

Only you can decide that, but i know what you mean,i too am getting bored with it but i can't stop playing it,i have loads of alts so i switch between them so i don't get too bored, but that doesn't allways work.

I usually play something different like city of heroes/vilains/guild wars/and loads of free MMO's for a month or two, then go back to WOW,

    it usually works.

You are not alone.  Lately, people have been leaving WoW in droves.  It is a most excellent game, but some of the older players are growing tired of it.  Lucky for us, there is a new flavor just around the corner.  AoC this Fall and WAR early next year.  Read up on both and decide which one suits you better.

In the mean time, keep in touch with your WoW friends and persuade them to join you in the next gen MMOs!  =)

A lot of MMO's are on MMORPG.com I bet you can find one you might like till WAR or AoC.

    What ones have you tried?

Be cool to people, and try and stay cool that way you never have to regret making someone feel bad. Don't take what ya got granted because some people never get to feel happy. We get to play these great MMOs and surf a good site. Be thankful for what ya got and next time ya feel down imagine a fat sea otter waddling with a pillow and a night cap. Bam! smiles!

  • the game turns 3 years old in november. Even the beta test didn't start september.

On another note. Lotr:O isn't half bad for the time being. Lots to do, lots to see, and a lot of people are playing it. It will get boring if they don't constantly keep it updating, but they are already adding in a mini-expansion for free this coming month so that should be cool.

Warhammer looks awful due to no PvE aspects in it at all and EA ruins pvp based games IE. Ultima Online, but AoC looks amazing.

It is all up to you my friend.

I doubt WAR will be good, AoC does look impressive, and console games are crap compared to MMOs like WoW/EQ.

If It was me, I'd stick with WoW until AoC comes out and if AoC isn't too good, then I'd go to WoW again.

I haven't  been playing World of Warcraft for very long. Although I haven't I have the same problem as you. World of Warcraft is a great game but after you get to 70 and get all the raiding armour there isn't much to do. But after I played it, I noticed that any other game that I played couldn't compare to it. You could always start a new character that is the opposite race. Like if you were Horde, you could make an Alliance character. You could also try playing the new Lord of the Rings online games. It looks very similiar to World of Warcraft.
