Level 34 Loremaster here on Vialya (However you spell it).  Would probably be 50 by now but i've spent a lot of time and effort crafting.  I spent a good week or more just leveling up my crafting.  I've also helped out a couple of real life friends get into the game and caught up and i've helped many Kinship mates level up.

It's not impossible to reach 50 within probably 5 days but the question is, why would you?  This game encourages more of a slow and steady pace of leveling with all the quests and titles and traits and such.  I always compare WoW to Tequilla.  Great for a quick buzz but not the best way to get drunk.  Lord of the Rings: Online is like a fine wine.  You wont get drunk but the joy comes from sipping it and enjoying everything that comes with it.  The taste, the armora, the color, the quests.... if wine had quests.

    EVE - Sharvala
    FFXI - Shazamalicious
Guild Wars - Xavier Lucifer & Charlize the Necro

Nicely put Suply.  Level 35 Hunter here.  I've taken time to just go wander in the further reaches of some of the regions, and have mastery of expert prospector and woodsman, and I'm working on mastery of expert tailor.  And I've ground a bit for deeds, and will grind for gold too, now that I have reached horse level.

The very fast levelers I've known played a long time in beta.  The third or fourth time you do a quest is a lot faster and surer than the first time.
