Although it strikes fear into my heart to receive criticism from you lot on anything I've ever done or will do, if you get a second to check out our new website and let me know what you think of the layout and the concept.



Feel free to let me know what you think in its entirety. And if A mod sees this and it breaks the TOS (not sure how that works in OT) feel free to just delete it.



Our goal in doing this was to have a haven for rants/blogs/ and articles with the intent of driving the industry more in our direction. (Our being like minds). I think its time people like the people here received more attention from the industry as we are no longer a "niche" in my opinion. At any rate, I hope you guys enjoy. Take note that this site has been up less than 24 hours and we are working as fast as we can to fill it with content and features.



We have our own podcast set up already with an industry sound designer doing the mixing and producing for us and so far they are turning out well.

Your header image is way to big. In fact, everything is too stretched. Shrink the layout, add some color and it will be somewhat ok.

I completely agree with Finwe...although there's nothing wrong with the layout per se...the text is really stretched out and it's jarring to the eyes.  Also, think about adding some sort of effect to the way your side buttons look...you have them highlight red right now which is cool, but maybe try insetting them, something to make it so it doesn't just look like a few options with a white line separating them.

I agree, the text seems huge. It's not messy exactly, but it feels ugly.
