How do you play this game?

in Ragnarok Online
I use to play this game alot way back then. I used the riotblade stuff to get into the game and got it called Hope and stuff....Now that I see that this game is getting really popular now I was going to play it again. But now that I try to find it, i cant. How do you get this game and how do you play? Is it monthly fee now, or is it free, or is it a fee just to buy?

    Its been Pay to Play for nearly 4 years.  You can make an account for free and play for 72 hours before you have to pay.  Also a new version is soon to coming out.

    Indian RO is free to play, but you have to search a download for the client because they wont send CD's with RO to anyone outside of india. Most of the players in it are english.
