yes this is no rumor, it is 100% true however the xbox360 release is completely unknown and much later then the PC version, its sometimes in 2008

They've said the PC (original) version would be done before they started work on the xbox version since it would be easier to port the PC version to the xbox rather than try to write two versions at the same time.

Thats how i understood it as well, i might be wrong but yea emulating console to pc , not very likely , ive seen how that can turn out

Hehe yes the graphics are going to be beautiful. Personaly i hope the game is playable even on low resolution since i can´t afford to buy a new NASA computer both to me and to my girlfriend

I hope the servers for the xbox and the servers for the pc are different I dont want to be playing on my PC against a guy who is playing on his xbos, but oh well thats just my personal opinion.

They already said that there will be servers with xbox playes and servers w/o. I for one dont give a crap and will play any server regardless of whos in it. Most people think that console players are the vermin of the gaming community and this is not so. The kiddies are everywhere and like i always say 'its no age that matter but the mindset'.

Pc version will be released before 360,but the porting is ongoing right now with a different dev group,with the old AO game director "Znore"(don't remember his real name)in lead.

The official release date for pc is 30th october and 2008 for xbox.

Most people include all the sites like gamespot think 360 are predicting febuary 2008, since it wont take that long to port the game. still its unnoficial. others say the pc release will get pushed back, maybe even to the same time as the 360 release (most dont think so since its been pushed back alredy)

Personally I hope to see any standard servers set up to allow both Xbox and PC players together. Then just have a couple special servers with restrictions for those players who like to moan about cross-platforming. As both a PC owner and an Xbox360 owner I would love to be able to switch between console and PC. Sometimes I want to relax in my lazy boy both and the Xbox would be great for that. Sometimes I want to sit at my PC.

I dont have an xbox360, but if they came out with this for both, on cross-platform servers, Im buying an xbox360 so I can be lazy too. High Five for lazy-asses like us! :PNot a bad idea but it would take a while adjusting to console controls.   Im too lazy to change the way I play :P.  I could care less about the cross-platform stuff though.  Have it or not, doesnt matter.
