I don't see why you want to bash Bush. He did a very good job considering our situation. The US is not "falling to its knees." And what does your little 8 year old brother know about politics? It seems to me that very few of you know enough about Bush to make a valid point against him. All you know is what you see on TV. People make fun of him because he "made up a few words." If your gonna do that, why not make fun of Shakespear? He made up hundreds of words yet he was crowned a literary genius. Bush is a very smart man and he did what needed to be done. He tells things like they are and dosn't try to put a posative spin on it. Even though we didn't find any weapons of mass descruction in Iraq it was still a good decision to invade and take Sadam out of power. He was a mass murderer, he tested weapons on his own people and killed them. Is that not a good enough reason to step in and take away his weapons? All these people are so angry about a few troops dieing in Iraq. What do you think is going to happen over there? Its what happens when people are put in dangerous situations. In WW2 millions of people died, and that was considered acceptable. Now a couple hundred are killed and people are outraged. This does not make any sense at all. Should we all just sit back with our thumbs up our asses and watch as people kill other people without a reason other than "testing weapons?" Should we sit back and watch the world destroy itself? If you had the power to save an innocent life, would you do it? Or would you just sit back and let the person die? Yes it is sad that our troops died in Iraq, but more people would have died if we havn't invaded. So how can you sit there and say Bush is ruining the US. I think its people like you who are ruining it. You are too open to other people's opinions and don't think for yourself. Bush has done an exceptional job and I plan to vote for him.
Polarlion, you and your brother seem to be the people who don't know anything. You shouldn't be teaching him about things that you yourself are clueless on.
Zephen, your right. That is pretty sick. These people go and talk about things that they have no concept of. They teach people ignorance and claim that they are right. This really angers me. Why must people do this type of thing?

There are a lot of legitimate reasons not to support Bush, though I doubt an eight year old really has a grasp on any of them.

An 8 year olds mind is not developed enough to grasp the messages that are being given to him or her. They simply listen to what is told to them and go by that, they don't really think for themselves enough to really work politics out for themselves. And what freedoms have we lost because of Bush? It seems to me that the freedoms that we gave up were because of crazy people who believe that a better life awaits them if they commit suicide while killing us... Why blame Bush for the loss of some freedom? I am glad to give up some freedom if it keeps people in the US safe. Let me ask you this, how old are you? You really don't seem much older than your brother. Can you even grasp the concepts that we are talking about here? It seems like your really selfish and just want these freedoms aposed to saving the lives of innocent people. It really dosn't seem right to me. And here you are saying I'm the one that dosn't know anything. Please provide a good argument for your case so I can see why you think this way.

Bush really made some bad moves. We're at a time of war with terrorist and we shouldn't foolishly use up all of our military resources on an insignificant country. Now in 20 years Iraq is going to be divided up into 3 different countries (one for each religious group that can't get along) after a long civil war. Worst of all, instead of having one dead Saddam Hussien from old age we're going to have 3 Saddam Hussiens who grew up with America's troops occupying their country fueling a hatred for us 100 times worse than Saddam.
But anyways...this is a gaming forum and these political post should be moved to the off topic forum.
I still don't see how what you just said is any better than Saddam murdering his people... Also, the were tought to hate American's anyway, so what difference would that make? AND Saddam wasn't really fueling the hatred for us... To understand that you would need a history lesson...
Back when we invaded Iraq the first time the Iraqi people helped the US. We didn't take Saddam out of power then like we should have, and eventually we pulled our troops out of Iraq. Well Saddam got pissed off that his people helped us and he started to kill them after we left. The Iraqi people blamed the murders on the US for pulling their troops out... So its really old history that made the Iraqi people hate the US, not Saddam.
Also, the Iraqi people do want us to leave Iraq... Just not yet. There are many video tapes that show civilians saying the exact same thing.
Yes Bush did make some bad decisions, but so did every other president. Of course there was that thing with Clinton and the sex scandles and the water gate scandle... And did you know that when the Clinton administration left, they removed all the W keys from the keyboards in the whitehouse? I find that to be a pretty childish prank... I really don't think anyone could have done any better than Bush did.
