Looking for a free 'Lite' MMORPG

Howdy everyone.



At the moment I'm playing LotRO mainly, and WoW/Guild Wars on and off.

But I'm looking for an MMO to play when I'm fed up of those three, just something 'lite' and not majorly time consuming. I hope you can help me in my decision.



Well, here's what I'm looking for in such a game.

- Must have PvP, preferably open PvP.

- Good graphics, either 2D or 3D.

- Decent Community.

- Free

- Good gameplay, not too much of a grind, preferably not turn-based



I hear RF Online is going free-to-play in about a month so I might check that out, it seems pretty decent. Other than that I haven't been able to find any to cater to my rather limiting specifications - so if anyone here on this forum would be kind enough to help me, suggesting a game or games, it would be much appreciated.

There was a discussion about/related to a private server earlier so I just assumed it was okay... thanks for the heads-up though

Kinda painful to hear the word "lite"

95% of mmorpgs out right now are lite, and 100% of free ones. Personally I'd suggest a console game if you consider those three time consuming. Free games rarely have good communities due to characters with kamikaze accounts and poorly behaving kids who aren't trusted with their parent's credit cards end up there. Trickster online is the only thing I can think of that comes close to what you want. Unless you absolutely despise anime style graphics its a well rounded game with 11 types of pvp. (not open pvp) Otherwise check out Rapplez, or Scion of Fate, the latter being mostly grind.

Give 9Dragons a try. I played it casual for a while, its alright.

Try http://lastchaos.aeriagames.com/ its a lite free2play avg. Korean game and it has a great community.   Its a H&S(hack and slash) game but its fun if you have some free time  or try SUN its free and a lot of fun but you need to know Koren/Chinese or taiwan
