Can you change clothes?

Once your character is created, can you change your look?  What you wear, your hair or maybe even your entire physical build?

it is something to expect that changes of amor and stuff will affect the looks, if not well, by the trailers  I would say tha there is a lot of stuff to customize your char, yet it would still be boring to look at the same old unmutable char as the game goes...

From what i have seen since playing yes the clothes do change i have had several changes although nothing major more just colour and detail but the overall low lvl clothing is the same, so picture yourself 1 min in a blue jacket the next minute in a black jacket with some new trimmings if ya know what i meen.

Actually, once you get past level 40 there is A LOT of diversity in clothes and weapons.  The first 12 levels is one outfit, level 13-35 is another, then after that there are a whole lot of different costumes and armors and stuff.  But yeah early  on there are few choices.

No you don't need to go to any NPC to change, just change you armor will change your look. Like in other games each armor has different appearances.  So if you are wearing leather and switch to chain mail you will look different.
