Error with trial :/

in Auto Assault
Hi all:) when im submitting the key as "A Standard PlayNC Code (20 digits)" i get an error over the key options. Serial has expired.. what is wrong? can i fix it in some way?? :P please answer as quickly as u can

    Where did you get your code?  Is it from a purchased game or from the trial?

    Theres not a lot we can do to help you here being merely players.

    What you need to do to get this thing resolved is goto THIS PAGE

    and contact support regarding the problem. Just tell them what you have told us.
    Thing is we have raised the issue on AA forums, but unless YOU actually get ion touch with support, not much may happen.

    SO anyone having a TRIAL CODE ERROR problem should contact TECHNICAL SUPPORT. rather than just posting on here that its not working.
    This way it will get fixed.

    Or simply ASK A QUESTION...

    I have :)  did that yesterday but.. i asked it on the eu.support for plaync but later on the say that they shall get in touch with eu support

    Hope they get this fixed soon. I have already downloaded the client and just need my trial key!

    When youre downloading the client,are you able to stop or pause it and start it running again later from the same point? if not,do playNC have a torrent system in place?

    Ive got 7 hours to go yet you see :P

    I dunno Iffymack, I used Fileplanet to DL my trial, but I think the "official" one starts over...although I'm not absolutely certain of it.

    yeah you can pause the download and start later,found out about 10 mins after I posted. theres an options tab on the downloader,and you can pause it there.
