    Actually if they catch you in a lie it's a GUARANTEE they won't let you in beta. Closed betas aren't something to screw around with. That is a contract you're agreeing to at the bottom of the signup. You're far better off to tell the truth and maybe not get picked than to lie and risk getting caught and potentially worse.

    Besides, at the GamesDay in Toronto they had a drawing for a bunch of Beta Accounts, and a LOT of little kids won accounts.

    Closed beta (select few with a N.D.A.) as opposed to open beta (free for all)

    From the sound of it, they are going to be pretty hard core about "Welcome to WAR NDA BETA!  Get to work!"  Which is great!  Nothing will make me happier then to see WAR launch cleanly. 



    And I signed up, got the conformation email, clicked the link... OH need DXDIAG... and I happen to be at work...  Took my lunch to race home and get that done.

    My email doesn't have a junk section. I use Outlook Express and don't have anything blocked. Maybe it's getting batted down by my email provider period. Need to check into that.

    If you use outlook express to pull mail from pop account  it could still be filtered on the server depending on your mail provider.  Almost every mail system has an automated spam filter system now.  Try logging into your web based system and checking junk/spam folder there.

    Checked. Nothing on that end that can be modified to stop/allow mail through. Maybe it's just a long time in coming. :p



    Either way, I went ahead and emailed the tech support for the betacenter just in case. There system could just be swamped with stuff.

    Does anyone know when the beta starts. i quickly scanned the email and didnt see anything...

     

     

    Also, i didnt recieve any confirmation email, was i supposed to get one?
