Spam filters for the inbox

The last four messages I've gotten have been 3 "ladies" suggesting I am the man of their dreams and should come to their site (Cha! as if I'd fall for that! and I am not even male!) and one offering to sell me Vanguard currency. I'd like to at least be able to flag them as spam for review and blocking.
