New interview with Jeff Andersen (Turbine) about MMO games

Gamernoed.com just put up an interview with Jeff Andersen where he talks about some new stuff for lord of the rings online, and then goes on a tangent talking about what he thinks is wrong with games liek world of warcraft.

Having read it, it does seem like a lot of it is just him being jealous that WoW is successful, but he does make a few good points. What do you guys think? I think I agree with him for the most part, he just doesn't say it very well.
