To have shooting that doesn't lock on will probably require the game to be sectioned off or instanced in many places im guessing. Its probably another 2 years away from being released though.
In any case it looked alright, i like the tech aspect because i am rather sick of commandos and elves.
Still there is nothing shown or publicly released that would let anyone know if this game is promising or not.

One: The video was nice, lets see how it REALLY is in-game.
Two: Looks promising, a cross over of Splinter cell (especially the nice colourfull shiny sh** on the head) and Kotor 2 (moves, robots fighting style, from what we have seem... proly more real time)
Three: Dont get too excited guys... looks like a great idea but for things like this time and $ is always a problem.

Wow! What really caught my eye was the pillars breaking apart when the guy on the balcony was shooting at the other player running on the ground floor. That was sick. I also agree that it is too early to tell if the game will be good.
The Trailer looks good. Anyone that says the graphics look bad need to see a video of their favorite game to compare. The graphics are certainly on par with *current* releases and to say otherwise would be shortsighted. However the release date may make it subpar. Huxley is much further and maybe even close to release with the same graphics. That would put this game behind the ball in terms of graphics and genre release. When we get some actual game footage and some more details then will be the time to decide on whether it will be good or not.
Trailer looks awesome and I would say that this looks more like a Splinter Cell online game then any of the ones that were listed. I'm sure that this game will not have a troublr-free launch - not many do - and just imagine the lag/server issues... On the other hand they said it's been under development for 2 yrs and not many even knew about it - if they keep going like this, maybe the game won't be released too unfinished.
One thing for sure - THIS GAME NEEDS TO BE ADDED TO THE GAMELIST!

Uhm.. no it does not.
At this time there is not an real information about it. The only thing you know about the graphics and gameplay is a 60 second trailer that might not even be from the game itself.
And I see no estimates of release dates, so I am guessing 3 to 4 years... if not not yet another "almost made it" game that dies before release.
This game is not going to "kill" anything. By the time it gets released it will have even more competition than is out there now.
The Global Agenda development team currently has 40 people and continues to grow. Our alpha milestone this summer will involve friends and family playtesting the core game, which is up and running on internal servers. We are planning on another year of significant feature and content addition while slowly ramping up controlled testing. We have aggressive internal milestones but are not communicating any launch date externally because the quality of the game is much more important to us than hitting an arbitrary date. That's one of the luxuries we enjoy as an independent studio and we think players will benefit from our focus on quality.
The video clip looked pretty good but all I could think about were those "you could be a video game designer" commercials. You know when they have the part "you can even do this" and they show some robot running and then diving into a fight or something.
The teaser was beautiful, I loved the heater resembling robots. One thing I don't like already, I saw no player with boobies.
Must have sword-wielding players with boobies... Maybe some cat-tails and cat-ears, too. My kind of woman right there. (No, I'm not going back to FFXI just for that!)

Sorry but i can't get any information on this Video if this Game becomes "Unreal" or not. Looks like Splinter Cell smells like Deus Ex.

This <mod edit> game looks awesome! They're calling it a "Spy-Fi" MMOG!
But there's one terrible down side to this news...now we have to wait several agonizing years for it's release.
...thanks to the OP for the heads up though!
Because that what we have seen...

I find it amazing that by 2020 first world countries will be competing to get immigrants.

Pardon me for not having broadband and being unable to watch a streaming HD video. Im so sorry to have offended you by using a dial-up modem.
Thank you, though, for your rudeness and ignorance. It's greatly appreciated.
They actually list the name of the game in the title of the article as well. No video watching needed.
Very silly to start a topic with caps shouting this game will kill them all you have not enough attention from your parents or what?
I dont see any indication this will be so special it will rule them all just another avarage game in devolopment thats all.

So we will probably see it at the end of 2008
