I would guess that you do not need nightfall in order to use heroes in GW:EN. If that's the case, it makes Nightfall a bit less desirable in that aspect or maybe unneeded is a better word? I sure hope you dont need Nightfall, but it wouldn't matter to me, i have all 3 campaigns...just no system to play them on yet.

Yeah, that would make me think twice about buying Nightfall, but then, there's a long wait till GW2, so Nightfall will still be in people's shopping lists.
Wonder what "loose ends" Anet plans on tying up with GW:EN? I was out at Sam's the other day and they were selling all 3 campaigns for 49.99. Now my friend has all 3! Hope this info helps in that maybe all Sam's Club locations have this kind of sale going on, hope you have a Sam's card!

Im not relaly looking forward to anything in eye of the north. Im already an expansion behind, i still dont have nightfall. I just cant wait for GeeDub dos to come out instead because it will have more of a mmorpg aspect and larger pvp battles than those of alliance battles which really dont serve all too much purpose except owning a city that you can buy for less and sell for more in. whuppty dooO!
I'm looking forward to certain PvP updates we've been waiting for months.
Yea they still need to sort out the touch rangers and the mass load of searing spikers in HA, nevertheless I can't wait for the dungeons. Just take a group of mesmers after them, simple enough right...
I am looking forward to more skills...I am 1/3 of the way to Legendary Skill Capper and by the time GW:EN comes out, I will be ready for more.

I agree, you can create a build to deal with touch rangers without much problem. I remember playing my touch ranger, an easy to play, strong build in my opinion, and being beaten quite often. If i wasn't ganged up on by warriors or ele's in alliance battles, it was one or two blackout mesmers, lol.

I wanna see the PvE skill that will transform me into a bear! I'd have to admit though, i would feel like i was playing a druid on WoW when i did transform into a bear.

I am really looking forward to a new level cap like atleast 30 or 40 . That would make players work a bit harder when leveling up their characters.l also think that the players who put alot of time into the game should get more out of it, like better items and stuff..... because right now , everybody basically gets to lvl 20 and it is just based on the players skill lvl and/or what skills you pick for your action bar. At first i thought that would be a good thing, but now that im starting to get into it more i kinda think the hourly gamer should get more out of the game. I also think that they should have towns the size of WoW's towns like Ironforge etc. When ur playing guild wars u can often get a lag from the amount of players in that town. They should do something about that, like more servers or something to reduce lag issue.
BTW i am not a gamer who plays alot so im not favoring myself.

Will the character level ceiling of 20 be raised with GW:EN?
No, the maximum character level will remain at 20 for GW:EN.
They arn't changing the level cap cause the people who have GWEN will have an advantage over those who don't disrupting the delicate balance, but GW2 will have a nice high lvl cap.

Sorry what? you do realise that although it has a small number of new skills, GW:EN has no new classes and is for characters that have finished another chapter already
GW:EN is made accessible via a quest in Lions Arch, Kamadan, and i forget where from Nightfall. You are not required to have Nightfall in order to use the Hero System! Your first hero will be a dwarf and you will acquire a norn and asura hero as well. There's no need to have a lvl 20 character to enjoy GW:EN, however, don't expect smooth sailing.

Don't got a lvl 20 yet... but dungeons has appealed most to me so far, haven't really had time to try PvP yet. We get more dungeons and we all say thankya.
So i am assuming that GW2 will be more like WoW then??
And i was wondering about the 18 dungeons. That seems to be most anticipated by the other players. I think that it sounds like a brilliant idea but how big will they actually be?? It said massive but that could mean basically anything, anybody got any answers for this???? (sorry for such a short post)

I noticed you have Heroes as an option. Does this mean that heroes will be enabled regardless of which campaign you have?

Lol, touch rangers are far from being a problem and hardly imbalanced... I'm talking about more serious stuff, like Jade Isle and VoD.

From one of the interviews i've read, the dungeon's size is comparable to that of Sorrow's Furnace.
