unable to log into my mains on two accounts

hello i have bin having a problem logging into two of my main toons i keep getting error-3001 and error -4001 my isp is verzion and i have found that other verzion users are have the same thing happen i can log onto all of my mules but not my main.As anyone eles having this problem if so have you got answere from SE or verzion

just to update anyone who cares, i had a friend log on to my two accounts and move them out of aht whitegate.  Then i was able to log on. It seems that it is verzion that I have the problem with,  not SE.  So if you have verzion and can not log on because you timed out in aht whitegate, have a friend move your toon and you should have no problem.  Just dont back there it until you get a new isp - like i have - on to cable...  goodbye verzion dsl.
