I'm sorry, but to say they're not developing it because it won't succeed is rediculous. They wouldn't have spent so much time and money already if they were like, "Well, golly, the sequels weren't that great, so I guess the game will suck too." No, they're putting together an exciting mmorpg, and granted the sequels were a little rough(don't even get my started on Revolutions), the actual world that was created with those movies is thrilling, and I was hoping an mmorpg would come out after I saw the first one. They'd be crazy not to. It's going to be outstanding, if they can do it right. But to not give it a chance at all because you thought the 'architect' was lame or something similiar, is just silly.

I hate to do this, because i try not to act like everyone else and complain. But the difference between me and you is some of us have actually read about the potential of this game. I am just sick of people puttin something down that they know absolutely nothing about. And for the people that say the second and third Matrix movies sucked, maybe your tiny brains couldnt comprehend them so you choose to hate something you do not understand.
i'm getting slightly irritated with the way ppl are flaming the matrix sequels. the second matrix is my favorite of the three. i only have one complaint about the sequels. in the first movie, agents completely destroyed every human they fought except for neo. in the second movie, all of a sudden morpheus and trinity could very nearly hold their own against agents. other than that i thought the sequels were fantastic.
The game will only be as succesful as its players.
By the looks of things, the graphics/gameplay/faction/pvp allready in-place will pwn any other sci-fi based mmo currently available...and thats before taking the storyline into consideration.
I fully understand the state of Desert of the Unreal. Lately mods have been cracking down, but they come across to noobs as being unfriendly. The clan/guild situation is unbelievable, and all before the freaking game starts. Since I've joined a neutral/peace clan we had several flamers/ infiltrators from other clans. Not only on the official forums but even in our own guild forums.
I don't understand how people can be such retards over a game that 99.8% of them aren't even playing yet. Than again, there's the blizzard fanbois...
