My girl can't fire her personally, and when she has a problem with someone below her she is required to go to someone higher up. This woman isn't just disrepecting her as a person based on her color, but also as someone in a position above her.

As I mentioned earlier, ignorant people do not learn lessons from situations like these. She will not change because this was how she was brought up and lived her life. Very sad...
