nah its not that, its just a horrible game. prebeta or not. i find nothing in constantly fighting players and nothing else. im for pvp, but not when its 24/7 pvp and nothing else.

First off, this game is under NDA, so you better be careful about posting information that isn't on the official Website and accessible to everyone.
As for the comments of the OP, these are the min specs for the pre-beta:
Windows XP
1 GB RAM
Pentium D : 2.6GHz+, or Pentium 4 : 3.0GHz+, or AMD 2.0 GHz+ including FX- series
nVidia 5900 or ATI 9800 (for low end render) and nVidia 6800 or ATI x1600 (for high end render)
DirectX 9.0c
These were the minimum reqs to sign up for pre-beta. The reqs have been lowered since alpha; it is common in alpha and beta tests that specs get lowered while they progress through the different stages.
Can't say that those reqs are awefully demanding.

My PC is better than the min. Reqs...still the Pre-Beta wouldn't let me in, because I "didn't meet the requirements"...
*shrug*
Fury sounds just like the free to play Game Rakion with better Graphics, and since I love Rakion, I'll definately test Fury once I get a chance for free...

So we'll see. I've played both, and they have similar features but aren't the same.

That makes the game 100 times better in my eyes. It means gear will (most likely.. please say no) not be a factor, and that I can fight people whenever I want. However I do think they need to publicize the game more. Most people only think of warhammer and Conan as the next up-and-coming PvP titles.
I don't remember the last time I killed a monster in Counter Strike, Unreal Tournament, or any other game I play to actually fight people with brains instead of repetitive mobs who always do the same thing and never pose a challenge.
Deathmatch, Terrorists vs Counter-Terrorists, Capture the Flag, Player vs Player, mellee, 1v1 Lost Temple NAO, it doesn't matter what you call it, fighting real players beats fighting monsters/NPCs/Bots/creeps anytime, anywhere.
why on earth would these moderators delete my second post but not my first?? what you trying to hide gentlemen??? lets set aside the fact you never responded back to me which would of been respectful. is my warning off my account? whoever the moderator that instituted the deletion of my second post went a bit too far. but i guess this "uneven" moderation is to be expected given the "questionable interaction" im sure they have with devs on a daily basis.
well like i said i hope they looked hard and long at my post before they deleted it. and i would appreciate some sort of response from some moderator regarding this matter, rather than slamming the insta-delete button of my post. <--being nice and waiting>

Maybe you should try going on the tech support forums and reading a few threads. In the time it took you to read and post here, they might have already had it up and running for you there.
I don't understand how people cannot like strictly PvP oriented, MMO's... This is what the MMO Industry really needs. This goes way beyond any FPS or Third-person Shooter online today. It's MASSIVE and there's magic... and swords... and you don't have to worry about dumb AI. I'm gonna leave it at that, before it gets to insults... : )
This PC is run fine on Vanguard with very high settings (with i liitle lags sometime in city) so dont say i should buy another one to play fury.
I know this is pre beta so the game could be unstable but well they need to get it much stable if they want more people in it.
For the pvp aspect i will not ague too much since there is a NDA and i dont have play it too long to know but my first impressions was this is a pvp arena game so not to good for me. I like pvp game where you got rpg playing too and not just arena or battlefield. This is remind me of guildwars where city are just a chat program and the world is just instance.
the wholeu cant try this game casue your pc aint right is screwed up. Some people like me buy their 2k pc's and dont now whats in them when filling out that crap and i got denied lol.
At least let us try it to see if we cant play it, not just flat out deny someone, SCREW U IF U DENY ME i wont be buying or even attempting to try yo peice of crap ever again.
Talk about bad customer service, without even knowing it.
Fast pace PVP like UT and you can mod your toon as you go. There is no strategy still button smashing. Yes you can choose what buttons you will be smashing, still. The pace is to fast to have a strategy. Its like a medieval FPS, at rang or up close.
The game play problems…
I had to dumb it down a bit, no big deal. But all that does it make the game look like crap.(have had 0 issues running any game to this date) If everyone needs a super ultra high end PC. Well then the game will fail, I don’t see this game lasting very long…
If this game is anything like Dark Messiah Multiplayer I dunno how well it will play because with dmomm multiplayer it plays so bad 10-20 fps with a socket 478 P4 EE 3.2ghz and a x1950pro agp card. The game will need some serious tweakage options inside the video settings which dmomm lacks.
The devs said that the game has not been optimized at all right now, so to run it on full you will need a pretty powerful pc. If you don't have one.. You won't be able to really enjoy the game at all before it gets optimized. It is yet in pre beta, just so you remember. The game uses a brand new engine, and it will take some time untill they get the full of it... I remember how wow was in pre beta... Looked AND played horrible really You can't judge the game untill it get released ) I see this game being new GW's to tell the truth. Same gamestyle, just with more features and alot better graphics.
Btw Fury no longer have a NDA. It ended with the start of the beta Friday.
Closed Beta is (nearly) here!
So, with the forums now public what does that mean for the NDA? It means we're lifting it! From this weekend onwards you will be allowed to talk about your experiences in Fury on whichever forums you prefer - though we still definitely want your feedback here! From this weekend on, you can take screenshots to share with your friends, or even create movies of your matches.
Normally I hate pvp but I thought i would give a game a go where it was the pure focus of a game...and I had a heck of a lot of fun in closed beta - I made a healer class, low dps, group buff focused (I’m a sucker for punishment) and even that worked surprisingly well - even in deathmatches..sure i didn’t win them but i was 3 or 4th on several occasions - and that being a pvp bunny..
I was most surprised by the game, well worth giving a look in when its released imho

2 ) The developers that created the game are great guys, and i seriously doubt you could even comprehend what they do for a living.
3 ) If you can make a game such as fury, I'll take back what i just said.
Well i didnt last more than 20 min in this game and why? Well simple my pc was crashing like hell and here my specs:
Processor: AMD Athlon(tm) 64 X2 Dual Core Processor 4200+, MMX, 3DNow (2 CPUs), ~2.2GHz
Memory: 2046MB RAM (Corsair Twin25400C4 DDR2 633mhz)
3D Card: EN7900GTX 512mb

My 2 cents
man i spent 3 hours downloading and then it says i need to download a newer version..
Fury? Never heard of it. That might have something to do with it.
Now that I'm looking at it, it looks like another dime-a-dozen fantasy MMO. That might be another factor.

AAH! A troll fire! Quick, pour some Kool-Aid on it!!!
