in Star Wars Galaxies
As a returning vet i expected the population to be extremely low (Like we keep saying)



So i took the trial and the first thing im greeted with is this:









This was wednesday at 7:00 GMT, I must say this is absolutely great and i'll definatly be playing this game now the population has increased to par with the outdated version.

    I hate to be the one to say it, but I'm pretty sure it's a Photoshop.  There was a (legit) screenshot a week ago that had the same list, but with the usual populated servers on Heavy.  It's very unlikely that servers that have always (throughout the entire games history) had a higher load rating are suddenly ranking lower this day.

    Not sure about other servers, but Bria is full of people, and what is more, there are a LOT of new players/rerollers, I found like 15 different persons yesterday in Jabba's Palace doing the questline.

    Rating the population off of this screen legit or not is just plain stupid.  Even if it where accurate what do you think SOE is going to show for their game.  What does light, medium and heavy actually mean?  I cannot believe people would be this niave to base their playing decision and money off this screen in the game, legit or not.



    My main is on Kauri, IT IS EMPTY!  Kauri has never been Heavy or Medium for gods sake, lol. Log in for yourself if you do not mind paying the $15 bucks.  What your going to find is this, Bria, which is suppose to be one of the 3 most populated servers, which I have been farting around on for about a month and a half before ch 6 has numbers like this:



    Mos Eisley Cantina: 15-25 people,  8-10 afk spamming crap

    Mos Eisley Starport: 10-15 people, 5 or so afk spamming crap

    Rori Restuss:  20 - 40 people, at the shuttle port farting around dueling and pvp around the edge of the pvp zone.



    It really never changes for Bria, except on Rori Restuss when sometimes its about  5-10 people.  The rest of the planets and cities are completely dead.  1-2 people here or there. 



    Thats the real population of game.  Good or Bad.

    Bria is the only ones in that pic that is rightly on Heavy.  Chilastra, Bloodfin, Ahazi, Chimaera are also Heavy load servers yet somehow they ranked lower then Lowca and Kauri which are generally Light to Medium servers.

    I used to hate swg because of the low population, why would i make this up :s



    Click *Online* and ur servers will order the same as mine.





    I just restarted bria and i was kinda suprised about these, unless SOE changed what heavy means or somthing.

    I'm not arguing that the servers are dead, far from it.  I am however disagreeing with the image that you've posted here.  Lowca and Kauri are two servers I know of that have never been listed as Heavy out of all the times I've looked at the Server list over the 4 years I've been playing the game.  If these servers were to be listed as Heavy, then servers like Chilastra and Bloodfin would be showing as Extremely Heavy.

    It's not that hard to see Heavy servers in the list these days, could have waited and gotten a legit screenshot of them ;)

    Actually Obraik there was a time when Lowca was heavy, but that was about 2+ years ago.

    Oh, and not consistantly but usually at peak time and just after large patches.
