A Warning to previous UO customers.

If you have played UO previously then I suggest you check your credit card billing. I just received subscription fees for this month for UO which is clever because:



A) My account was cancelled MONTHS ago

B) I have not resubscribed or even looked at my account details in MONTHS

C) In the preiod between cancelling and this month I have had no charges from EA so the unsubscription would seem to have been successful.

D) Noone on this planet has ever been given my username or password to use, even my family.



I have recancelled the account billing and sent EA an email.

    Or write your credit card company and refuse to pay that EA charge.

    You just need to call your credit card comp and refuse to pay. I played UO for many years from release to about a year ago. In all my time playing UO, I had many probs and also with the billing part like you. Each time I would call EA games I would get some Indian dude.. (not being racist) on the phone that could not speak english good and had no clue what UO was about.

    I cancled my UO acct over 3 years ago. Hope they don't recover from that long ago! haha.
