The food most of you are eating is absolutely appalling. Can you not take a few hours out of your day to eat proper meals (A nice chicken breast, some spinach, bit of rice, some corn, etc)? It's not hard to make, it tastes great, and it's a hell of a lot cheaper than buying fast food all day. And if you're especially lazy, take few hours to make up 10 or so meals one night, and freeze them all. Then when it comes time to eat, just throw it in the microwave for a few minutes, and you have yourself a complete, healthy meal.
To those saying you can lose weight by eating shit food all day - Yes, you can. However, you will not be healthy. You'll be a skinny dude that is just as unhealthy as a fat dude... and what's the point in that?
God I can't believe this topic - though I do think the OP is just taking the piss.
Sandwiches are good. You can hold them in one hand, you don't need a plate, and if you go easy on the mayo, you won't get anything on your fingers. The only drawback is that you might drop crumbs into your keyboard.
Hamburgers are even better. All the advantages of a sandwich, with fewer crumbs because of the bun design. But you have to cook the meat well or it will drip. Use the leanest ground beef you can find.
The best thing to do is just to take breaks for eating. It's thirty minutes to an hour out of your game, and you come back refreshed. You'll actually play better after a break and a meal, more than making up for the time lost.
Wow, some people are wayyyy too serious about games man..
Look how unhealthy these suggestions are. Have fun getting high blood pressure.
If you can't get off the computer for TEN MINUTES to make something to eat. I feel terribly sorry for you, and you need to stay off the computer for a little bit....
I am currently body building so need to spend alot of time on intakes of protien about 200grams a day I need to bulk up but there is loads of easy foods to keep you going just takes a little research.
Myself when not at gym or walking my dog or with the misses when playing I eat every 2 hours find myself using protine shakes and beef jerkies as snacks seen as its all the stuff I need in my high protien diet. Hell I have put on about 18 kilos in a month and my gaming and personal time is not even effected by it all.
Just so you know that is not all I eat only the foods I snack on when gaming :P
May not sounds healthy but protien > saturates any day
Eh, I didnt know there were people other than nerds on this site, how much you dead?
The last bit I did not get
Deadlift is a type of lift. He was asking how much weight you can lift on a 1 rep deadlift (I assume he was asking about a 1 rep max, as that's what most people generally mean).
Although I get the feeling this is a joke, in case it isn't I do have to ask what the big deal would be to lose half an hour of time to cook something decent? If the problem is that all the interesting stuff happens when at the usual eating time, start planning ahead and cook your meals at a time when there's not much happening. Stick it in the fridge and nuke it later when you're ready to eat.
First, you'll need to buy a treadmill, 1 to 3 rolls of duct tape, a pizza oven, a table, and a small trashcan. I assume you already have a fridge and kitchen utensils.
Next, you put the treadmill in the kitchen, making sure to have the fridge, the pizza oven, and a clear countertop within arms reach to your left (reverse sides if you use a left handed mouse)
Now, place your monitor on top of the handles of the treadmill and duct tape it securely in place, being cautious not to tape over the screen. Depending on your monitor it may take anywhere from 1 to 3 rolls of duct tape. Also, tape your keyboard in an easily accessible place on your treadmill so that you feel comfortable reaching to it. And now, place the table to your right, and place your mouse on it (reverse if left handed).
Hook up your computer like normal, then turn the treadmill on.(speed won't matter as long as you keep yourself moving) And finally, turn your game on.
When you require food there is a fridge in reach to your left where you can eat prepackaged subs from places such as Hy-Vee or Walmart, and when you feel like a good pizza (I suggest Home Run Inn) the pizza oven is within arms reach.
The advantages of such a set up are legendary. First, in moving thy keeps blood and oxygen circulating throughout thine system at a slightly elevated rate, keeping thy more aware and better able to deal with the intricacies of end game raiding, or PvP. I once slaughtered legions of dwarves in Kharanos that I doubt I'd have been able to defeat had I not been physically and mentally prepared. Their attacks on me were seemingly no greater than the newbie axes dwarves start with.
Because all MMOs really require to play is thine mouse, thy other hand is free to grab sammiches, and because thy is standing, and leaning slightly to the left the crumbs fall not on thine keyboard, but on thine floor (in which case a trashcan is placed there). As for the grease on thine fingers when thy eats, the sweat that is accumulated drips and cleans thine fingers! No more Greasy Keyboards!
This Kaisen Dexx style of gaming is praised by both health advisers and gamers alike for its simplicity and function, truely raising the bar of next generation gaming to new standards.
Chain smoking cuts down on your apetite. When you are hungry though stock up on Grilled stuffed burritos from taco bell. My personal favorite gaming food. Wash it down with red bull or Dew/Mello Yellow that way you can stay up forever to keep playing.
I usually dunk my McDonalds french Fries in a can of chocolate cake frosting. That way I can be assured to get my recommended daily allowance of saturated fat, cholesterol and, processed sugar as provided by the FDA's 5,000 calorie diet.
When I die, I want to go peacefully like my Grandfather did, in his sleep -- not screaming, like the passengers in his car.
haha nice, i love your posts supernerd, they crack me up...anyways pizza's always been my food of choice while playing...it does get a little greasy at times though and pepperoni has the tendency to get stuck under the keys of my keyboard.

Use chopsticks to pick up your food. Not only can you do it one handed so you can continue to game, but you don't mess up your hands!
