on friday nite i dl swg trial and havn't slept yet and it's sunday
I wanted to blow stuff up-- player houses/ cities and stuff but it got postponed.
So i decided to make a level 1 and was gonna try and see if i could powerlevel him through
the entire legacy quest line b4 monday.
well this morning around 6 am i started getting really tired so i turned on tv and cranked it up really loud.
Joel Osteen was on tv.
This guy is really amazing.
When i started hearing what he was saying i stopped playing swg and was glued to the tube.
i think i believe in God now.

Apparent;y they have a huge vault underground of the main building, ultra high tech and massive too.
I am not saying anything about his beliefs or the beliefs of his followers, but I can see another Waco happen with him and that church, their building is the old basketball arena.
I never heard of him before until I saw his show.
It looked like there was 20,000 people on tv listening to him preach.
He was just so convincing and made so much sense to me.
He made me a believer.
I watch Joel Osteen whenever I see him on. He is great. I do believe there is a creator but I don't believe in some Christian/Muslim/Hindu superhuman in the sky looking down and judging us.
Anyways I agree with a lot of what Joel Osteen says.

Your argument is like a two legged dog with an eating disorder...weak and unbalanced.
I have Joel Osteen on TIVO and am gonna watch while i powerlevel to 90.
1) He's not so much of a preacher/teacher as he is a motivational prosperity speaker. Nothing wrong with that of course, but a church should be more than a weekly motivational conference. His messages rarely if ever have anything in depth to teach... it's always rephrasing the same thing each week: God loves you, you're wonderful, no worries, life is good! That's fine and all, but there's a lot more to it than that.
2) All the attention is focused on him, not on his ministry or God. All his books and TV shows advertise him prominently as the "star of the show" so to speak. A Christian leader's responsibility is to point people's focus in God's direction, not at himself.
Of course, both of those points can apply to quite a few prominent figures in modern Christianity. They have to be careful not to say anything that will offend one of their 20,000+ members so they can keep the cash flow going.
