Hi,
I'd like to suggest that for the numerical game ratings that the Customer Service rating not be manditory unless you use it... When I do a rating If i havent used the games CS system I am forced to give it a 1 ...this skews the rating...
Perhaps have a bullet for "Have you used the games Customer Service system?" and if Yes.. the rating becomes active...
I think this would make the ratings more accurate... Right now I am skeptical of the actual ratings due to this forced rating... CS is an optional unit
