Cancelling Account

Sorry I have no time for this with exams and all.. How do i cancel the account, do i just let the current subscription run out, or is there a cancel button that must be clicked because I could not find it...

If you did not sign up for a recurring subscription, and only paid for a month, then let it time out.



To check, or change your subscription, login to your account from the homepage, www.ryzom.com, using the secure password which was sent to your email address (would be different to your game login password) unless you changed that already.



If you have any trouble doing that, or wish to get a refund on a longer sub, then post in the Accounts forum asking for help - please do not post any personal details at all! I imagine you'll most likely be asked to send an email then to ee-billing_at_ryzom.com.

If you login to your account you find a "Edit your personal information or change your password" link in the Personal Information section.

Click it and then check in the bottom part of the next page "Terminate your current subscription..." and press the "Validate" button.
