    Back in 2002?  Gesh...  I remeber a time back in 1999 when this guy in UO in a grey robe ganked me on this road out of town...  I still hold a grudge...  LOL....  I think he might have been a GM too...

    I was going to post that as well.  My memory might very well be a little faulty in this, but I don't think there was salvage back then either.

    Tinkering and salvage was introduced in July of 2002

    However, I seriously doubt a GM would care one whit about your stuff unless you obtained them through illegal means such as duping LOL!
