Wow looks pretty good, but I am not fond of it's graphics.
GW has some nice graphics, but the game looks too simplified to the point of not being an RPG any more.
EQ2 got my vote, but it is still too far off to tell.
The big one I am waiting on is Vanguard, but it is a long ways off, and games do tend to look better the earlier they are in the design stage. It has an all star cast of designers though, so it will likely be in my sights right up until release.
EQ2 is all about content and less gameplay.
As for Guild Wars being too simple, I'd have to disagree. I played 45 hours during the 3 days I got to play the E3 demo and understood the fact that this is only an early alpha. Also if you read all the interviews with the guys behind the game you'd understand that it's not as simple as you first thought.
Guild Wars is a hybrid and gets rid of alot of problems that traditional MMORPGs have in them. In nearly all MMORPG's you must be either dedicated or powerful in order to be accepted into a good guild. Guild Wars does away with that by getting rid of the countless years (Yes, years) of playing a game just to be in one of the most powerful clans/guilds/etc out there.
Guild Wars will offer better guild features then nearly all the current MMORPG's out there. This means that Guild Wars is built for competition and you don't require to spend loads of hours involved. There will be guild missions as well as being able to use banners, have a guild hall and all the other goodies.
And the good thing about is that you don't have to spend hours, months, years to really be part of a good guild. Once people learn to accept hybrid MMORPG/Hack and Slash games then things will start to evolve for the better.
If no one ever combined potassium nitrate with..hmm..sugar for example, we'd be missing out on alot of stuff. Now time to mix mmorpg with action hack and slash and move on to the next gaming phase.
I'm most excited about Guild Wars, based on the E3 for everyone event, I can tell that this game is simply going to be amazing, with the great PvP and the fun mission events, I will be playing this long into it's gold release.
I am looking very forward to EQ2 as well, but I am looking more forward to Guild Wars. WoW, I could care less, I really don't like the way it is going neither do I like the game that much.

GW for sure...
EQ2 just looks too plastic... i dont care what you say, graphics do matter... not to mention i wasnt ever really fond of the original EQ in th 1st place...
WoW seems like it could be fun so im not saying no to that... has some fun looking elements to it but it all just seems to be redone... absolutely nothing original there... not to mention once again, the graphics dont really seem up to date... maybe like 2 years ago it woulda been nice but with all the new games with their amazing graphics, it just doesnt stack up...
the one thing that really bothers me though is the community... from what i've seen so far, its going to be 99% former StarCraft and WarCraft junkies who have never touched an MMORPG in their life and thats NOT a good thing...
GW is PvP based and thats what i look for when buying a new MMORPG... i cant play a game if theres no PvP in it... then theres the no monthly charges thing and that just sealed the deal... oh and not to mention its made by my favorite MMO dev (NC) ^^
no matter where u come from... no matter where u are now... no matter where ur going... its all about the EXP

O ya, and I vote for dark and light :O
Ill keep this short. Most interesting MMORPG atm is Dark and Light.
Reasons?... Many! (Im not going to do their marketing for them)
Everquest II will be it for me. If SOE comes through with what should be a great game, I won't have to worry about trying out all the others . . . I loved Everquest, it was probably my all-time favorite mmorpg, and so I am giving the benefit of the doubt that EQ2 will be great as well.
I've heard many people say it is just going to be an updated version of EQ, well then I say great! I would still be playing Everquest if it wasn't for some outdated game features and graphics. If Everquest II addressed some problems of the original and I think it will, I will be pleased.
I also think that SOE is making efforts to add creative, new, innovative features to the game. We'll see how that goes, but I give credit, I have seen too many mmorpgs that simply copy what others do. I know many of us would like to see some things change in the world of mmorpgs, I think Everquest II will be one game that helps this along . . .
Guild Wars doesn't really interest me which leaves me torn between WoW and EQ2.
Like Tymora, I love the original EQ and think its by far the best mmorpg created to date. I would gladly still be playing it but it has changed a lot with some of the later expansions, the graphics are getting old, and I am just ready for a new world to explore.
All of that would naturally lead me to expecting EQ2 to be the best of these three but I have read too many things that have me worried that EQ2 will fail in many of the areas the original was so good at.
I am a big fan of the races, culture, factions, and the immersion that comes with those things that the original EQ was built on. From what has been released about EQ2, It sounds like most of those intriguing elements of the game have been removed or trivialized. With only two cities (one good, one evil) the cultures and factions have both been minimized to a large degree, if not removed all together.
I am also not a fan of overdeveloped class trees like the one used in Lineage 2 and the upcoming EQ2. I don't believe they help players decide what to play, rather they make it more punishing if you make a bad choice, not to mention they force you to play a generic class with few abilities for a large period of time until you level up to a point you can pick a class you actually want to play.
I also cant stand the character models EQ2 has though thats hopefully something I can come to live with. I still have high hopes for the game because of its predecessor and some of the exciting new elements like the voice overs and sailing though.
For me I guess both WoW and EQ2 look promising but I will have to try them both to see which, if either, I will be playing long term.
Another vote for Dark and Light. I know the poll says which one of these are you most excited about but I ain't exited at all about any of them so Dark and Light it is.
