Should I Try This?

I heard that this game is free but you only have to buy the game itself. Is this true? If so, I may pick it up to play in my spare time while waiting for something else. I may have to do more research on this game but I'm really considering playing this. Thanks to anyone who responds.

    Hey,Its a great game to play in ur spare time,i wouldnt play it full time myself because i play WoW(70 warrior,vashj) but whenever i get bored or wanna take a break i'd just play guild wars(i have all expansions) for bout 1 or 2 weeks,from doin this every now and then i have 4 lvl 20's,a cpl of good pvp chars,its a fun game and u should get it!
