Online MMORPG with no downloads?

I am looking for a game that I can play at work, something java based, or anything that does not require a download.
Graphics are not a big concern to me, something I dont have to pay full attention to would be even better.
Is there a nice game out there with a decent player base and community? Im sick of playing the message board game!!

I haven't played it, but it appears that Wurm Online is Java-based. Possibly Runescape too.
