Haven't played a MMO is awhile now. So im gonna come back to EQ2. But iv'e always been one to take the road less travelled. So I have a few questions.

1. Which is the least played evil- side race ?

2. Which is the least played class?

3. I don't have any of the expansion packs except for DoF. Are there still alot of players in the non- expansion zones?

4. Is there a value bundle of all the adventure packs and expansion packs on one DVD or CD?

Troll is the least played race for sure. As far as rarest class, for evils I'd have to say defiler, or possibly coercer.

There are still plenty of places in all the zones, for evils you can start in Neriak which is a brand new city and low level zone and is really well done, that will take you up to level 20.

The retail pack for the newest expansion, Echoes of Faydwer, includes all the expansions.

    Hope you enjoy the game!

Coming back and starting from scratch will be enjoyable, a virgin in virgin territory or just unfamilar places should be alot of fun again.

However the poster above me said a defiler and every server I seen has tons those. The least played class is dirge,  troubador and mystic.

To really enjoy EQ2 though now you need alot of in game money up front in my opinion. Once you hit end game and become a raider if you ever do the game becomes a bore and makes for a crappy game. I probably would still be playing if I never got into the hardcore raid aspect of the game. It keeps the game so much more enjoyable knowing you don't yet have the best or seen all the end game content. So just play casual for fun and whatever and you should enjoy it.

Whatfor do you need money ? Please explain ? Are we talking about adornments ? You dont need them, even not in the hardest encounters. Its just a way to progess a bit further once you got the best armor/jewels available. Once i saved a little money i buy one., but i never felt like i need them.

I agree on your opinion about hardcore raiding. I do raid, but only once or twice a week. The only thing i am after on raids are the animists shoulders from the Labs. All other raids i join for fun. The same fun i have when i heal a group in an instance where i know there will be no real reward for me. Its about meeting people. Be it in raids or groups... Raids are not neccessary endgame in EQ2. Raids are always the last step of long quests.
