How can use the Combination Manual??

I have got combination manuals. But I dont know how can use the Refinery machine. I have all components to Chaos Tomahawk.

I choice combination manual in the machine after I took the componens in the empty place and after dont work. Whats the problem??????

Theres the under part the empty place what can I take there I try reinforcement potion not good after I try elemental stons not good.

Know somebody how can use ?????
