Info on MMORPGs

Hi,

I hope somebody can help me out. Does anyone know any websites where I can find information on all the different MMORPGs?

For example, information on who plays which MMORPG, the number of players in each MMORPG,  the nationality of gamers in each MMORPG.

It's been speculated that WoW has 7 million users, I want to find out the number of users on other MMORPGs such as Second Life, LOTRO, and UO. Info like this will help me in deciding which MMORPGs to try out.

i think the amount of players really has very little to do with what makes a good game. i think what's more important in finding a game that you're going to enjoy for any length of time is to find a game that has the mechanics and style that interest you and what you actually want to get out of your game. MOST games offer free trials to help determine this.



in my opinion player numbers can be as much a curse as a blessing, i tend to find that smaller player bases have a tighter community and i'll take a better community over a packed auction house any day.
