too many noobs

in Final Fantasy XI
i played this game for almost 3 years and it was fun but the main problem with it was there is just too many noobs and people who just love to complain and really have nothing to complain about people complain  about inflation theres really no problem with it when items you want go up in prices so do the things you farm then when prices go down the things that are easy to farm got down to like 1k a piece and kirin osodes stay in the millions which just makes the good things even HARDER to get than it was earliar

    I study German and this sentence destroys some of the longest, most complicated German sentences I have ever seen.  There are noobs in every game and people who complain.  You can't make everyone happy all the time.  For me, when you say "noobs" I think of WoW...which in my opinion, is a TON worse.  When I go into WSG I see :



    "wat do u do?"

    "i dunno, captur the base"



    FFXI has always been a more mature and intelligent player base to me.

    Agreed, I think of noobs as new players, and I'm sure FFXI can always use a few more of them.  I'd say welcome them with open arms.



    If you mean too many whiners, every game has a ton of those....... just ignore them and go on having fun.

    You almost killed me, I couldnt breath after reading that.  From that post it seems to me as if you're the whiner giving these new players a hard time.  3 years huh?  I'm sure...

    I think the post was about the people that keep complaining about the prices on the AH.

    He states that it makes sense when prices go up you gain money either way from the things we sell while farming and vice versa and that only certain items remain the same price no matter what.

    Well in any case as far as I have seen prices these days ( I am at the Garuda server) remain pretty much stable. Low level items sell pretty cheap but high level ones with a few exeptions  are as as always.

    Thing is many people in the game indeed whine a lot about the prices although usually it concerns the items that are always expensive. Can get pretty annoying at times
