Been playing quite a lot of this lately. Very excellent sub sim and very true to a lot of its forebears like 688 and the very first sub sim I ever played Microprose's Gato.
But it also has one of the best intros of just about any game I can think of. It uses a lot of game footage with a poem by Milton. Very moving, very fitting, very clever.
