Cabal Online IP blocks

in Cabal Online
I know that the EU version of Cabal is IP blocked but what about the other versions of Cabal are they IP blocked too?? and if the other ones arent IP blocked can someone tell me how to play in them???

    There aren't any yet, unless you use http - tunelling (which you have to pay for) and proxy caps. It's better to waite until a US version comes out.
