Yeah I know more then one but hey I've been gaming for 18 years and then it's hard to just pick one (bet i even forget some that i played more then the last three on my list )
Any Wargame, since they have a better replayability then the rpgs. Civilisations IV, Heroes of Might and Magic III, Bandits King of Ancient China, Steel Empire, Celtic Legends...1 of these prolly, but not sure. Would be Axis and Allies if you include the boardgame.
RPGs-wise, it was when I was a teen, with the gold boxes SSI made. Then Baldur's Gate.

There is only one answer for me..Master of Magic by SImtec and Microprose...I 've been playing it since 1994...i keep coming back to it, no matter how far games advance, this one still has managed what most consider impossible..it has infinite re-playability....it plays like a cross between civilization and Heroes of Might and Magic.
if you haven't played it give it a try..2 warnings though..firstly the game obviously lacks in the graphics department and secondly if you persist and get hooked kiss your free time good-bye

Master of Magic or lovingly called MOM sure brings back memories. They don't make games with this much replayability like they used to. Another great games that I played over and over back then was X-Com: Enemy Unknown also by Microprose.
For me it has to be Vampire Bloodlines, that game was wicked hawt, and i acctually went thru and played every class of character like twice trying to do everything that they could get and do... im going to reinstall it when i get home just thiking about it...
i probaly played WoW most, but i dont like saying that because wow isn't really enjoyable its more so just occupying free time which i had a lot of sadly. instead i'll say Return to Castle Wolfenstein on the Xbox.

The longest? Hmmm.
I played Ultima VII about 30-40 times through. (No kidding.)
Also Civilization II, I played it most often over 2+ years.
And then both variations of Sims 1 and Sims 2 with all addons.
