    As you can see, you are receiving only half the story.  As for the refund,  looking things up in PayPal I see this:
    Jun. 26, 2007  Refund To *********  Completed -$29.99 US... etc

    Obviously this customer is failing to tell entire truths, or has not taken the time to look at the facts.

    LMAO this reminds me of the time on the WoW forums when the CM busted some tool acting like a moron on the forum..lol

    was an undead mage sayin how he just got some female NE hunter. like he was on his low lvl alli alt and she came up trying to cyber with him and blah blah blah and he tricked her into flagging "to make it exotic" or something he then switched to  his 60 mage and "PWNED" her cause she was naked and her pet wqas put away.

    then the female NE hunter gets on the forums (horrible engrish and all) sayin stuff like no tell anyone and some junk and then  he'd post "LAWLZ" and more nerd speak......

    THEN the CM chimes in "UMMMmm according to our records both those characters (the NE hunter and the UD mage) are on your same account, and you're making the whole thing up?" funny as hell you know it was just some kid trying to be cool, i don't recall him replying after that either..lol

    it shows how it always pay off to be careful and double check all info you get around here (and also not from here eh?) and how people will get themselved down down to get their side to win eh?

    Geez, shame in you OP, if that CSR would have not came in, you would have ruined, albeit limitedly, the reputation of a perfectly honest company when it WAS YOUR FAULT!

    so it is just and fair that your bad behaviour came back and bite you in the ***.

    I just hope people would actually learn sometimes that this can actually happens

    Like I said before.  Please show me where I was siding with anyone.  Because it's not there.  It's pretty obvious your head is too thick to understand what I'm saying.  So let me simplify it for you.  I, meaning me myself personally.  Do not care, meaning I'm indifferent (that word isn't too big for you is it?) on the matter at hand.  When I do choose a side.  It will be very clear in my post.  That is all.

    Oh and thank you forum police.  I didn't know that on a public forum in one of the many threads in a general discussion area.  That people weren't supposed to speak openly.  When A) You become God or B) MMORPG.com hires you as a mod.  Then and only then can you ever think about telling me.  When, where, or how I should post.  Until that day comes please keep what "YOU" think I should be doing to yourself.  Because what you think I should be doing, is pretty irrelevant.   You have a nice day now, you hear.

    just my 'two-penneth' worth.

     

    I have used shattered crystal twice now, and have to say that I think their service is outstanding. I order my last card at midnight in the UK, and had a phone call within 10 mins, then an email with the code.

    I too have used there service a lot and found it reliable which was why i was asking those questions as i doubted they deliberatly conned him.

    Funny how the OP doesn't at all react after the CSR's reply...

    And yes, people almost never tell the full truth about things, sometimes on purpose sometimes unknowingly, and as always; there's at least 2 sides to every story and people should stop forming opinions till you heard and verified em all.

    Thumbs up to the CSR posting here, although you're riding a thin line here as you are bringing confidential transactions and information out in the open, but the OP asked for it by being a drama queen.

    I don't see how this post can end up being constructive again, therefore I'm locking it. Above that, the virtual trading Shattered Crystal dabbles in is very much a gray area and will therefore not be tolerated either.
